• Your contact name and info, please include a phone number
• Scope of project (what is needed, the size, number of pages, requirements etc.)
• If you need original photography and/or illustration; or if you want to use stock images
• Any existing artwork that will be included, or the kind of templates to be used
• If you want templates created
• For print: number of colors and style of printing—or a print budget; print budget would specify the size of the piece and the quantity (this will help me advise you if you are unsure of the colors/style of printing you will need)
• Schedule needed
