Project planning & art direction
- Planning, with you or your marketing department, for the whole project or parts thereof
- Locating vendors like printers, photographers, specialty designers (environmental, web, etc.) and get bids for you
- Locating stock photography and illustraton appropriate for your project

Graphic design
- Corporate ID systems: Logos (logotypes and/or marks), collateral pieces such as business cards, letterheads and envelopes, graphic standards manuals
- Print: brochures, catalogs, booklets, data sheets, invitations, calendars, posters, instruction sheets, inserts, direct mail, postcards
- Advertising: newspaper and magazine ads or inserts (full color, spot color or B&W)
- Packaging: labels, CD inserts, boxes, clamshell inserts, mock-ups (digital for email or preliminary constructed versions)
- Point of Purchase: in-store displays, kiosks, signs, posters, handouts
- Advertising Specialties: artwork for t-shirts, pins, pens, mugs, hats, trinkets & baubles
- Signs: Indoor and outdoor, billboards
- Web Design: simmple sites, concept designs, headers
Graphic Production
- Electronic layout and paste-up: equivalent to "camera-ready art" in Adobe CS4 (or earler versions) including Photshop, Illustrator, InDesign; QuarkXpress if required, although I reccommend InDesign
- Digital image processing: photos and graphics — organizing, scanning, sizing, editing, retouching, changing color modes, exporting in different file formats, archiving
- Multimedia: slideshows, presentations, portfolios in Keynote, Quicktime, Powerpoint, PDF, Web Galleries
Desktop publishing
- I can design and set up your artwork to be printed on a Docutech system, at a local Quick-Print (regular printing press using limited color or digital press), remote digital output (like Kinko's), or to be published electronically via Acrobat (pdf)
Illustration, Custom Typography & Photography
- Digital Photography
- Digital painting in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Painter
- Vector illustration in Adobe Illustrator—especially done in spot (pantone) color (designed to be color separated for printing)
- Photo montages/collages for print and web publishing
- Custom typography, highly stylized illustration like retro, victorian, art deco etc.
- Hand drawings and sketches for preliminary idea sessions, storyboards
